Welcome to Trade Manager
Trade Manager brings the everyday work of your organisation into one place: products and stock, buying and selling, invoices and payments, people and payroll, and, for some organisations, charity and care work.
This help centre explains how to get things done, step by step. You don't need any technical knowledge to follow it.
How this guide is organised
Each area of the system (we call them modules) has its own guide. Every module guide follows the same pattern, so once you know one, you know them all:

Before you start
- Signing in: what you need to log in.
- Finding your way around: the dashboard, menus and buttons.
- I can't see a menu or button: why some options may be hidden from you, and who to ask.

Use the search box at the top of every page. Type what you want to do, for example "move stock" or "stock count", and jump straight to the right page.
