Care Health
Care Health holds the health information and medicines of people already registered in Care. It has no menu of its own: it appears inside each beneficiary's profile and as the Medication round in Care.

Key rules at a glance
| Rule | What it means for you |

| Nothing is deleted | A mistake is marked entered in error with a reason, and stays visible under "Show entries marked in error". |
| Orders are fixed | To change a dose or time, stop the order and create a replacement. |
| Doses are final | A recorded dose can't be edited or deleted. |
| Times are local to the home | Dose times use the facility's time zone, not your computer's. |
| Health views are logged | Every opening of health information is recorded. |
| Sensitive access | Seeing health needs care.health.view, which ADMIN does not include. |
These screens record care. They don't give clinical advice, send prescriptions to a pharmacy, keep a controlled-drug stock register, or support weekly or tapering schedules.
Where to start
- Check your access, including the employee link needed to record doses.
- Fill in each resident's summary and allergies.
- Create their medication orders.
- Run the medication round.
- Practise with the worked example.
