Observations

Types, units and allowed values

Readings outside these limits are refused, which catches typing mistakes such as 1420 instead of 142, or pounds instead of kilograms:

Message	Meaning
"The diastolic value must be below the systolic value"	Numbers swapped
"The diastolic value must be between 20 and 200"	Out of range
"Observations have at most two decimal places"	Too many decimals
"An observation cannot be in the future"	Wrong date or time

Growth chart (children)

For children, weight, height and head circumference are drawn on a growth chart over time. It shows the readings only, with no percentile lines and no interpretation.

Message	Meaning
"A reason is required when an immunisation was not done"	Fill in Not done because.
"Only a NOT_DONE immunisation has a reason"	Clear the reason if it was given.
"The next dose must be due after this one"	Check the dates.

Mistakes: In error with a reason, as for any health entry.
