Administration overview
Administration controls who can sign in, what they can do, where they can work and which capabilities the tenant has available. It also covers organisation setup and the tenant's published appearance.
This guide follows the detailed task format used by Catalog, Sales, Purchasing, Invoicing and Payments. It describes the current browser screens and server rules reviewed on 7 November 2026. Examples are invented training data; they do not create accounts or change your tenant.
How the pieces fit
Every layer matters. Giving Farah a receipt-posting permission does not enable Payments for the tenant or grant access to another branch. An owner who can delegate that permission does not automatically gain permission to post receipts personally.

Running example
Bright Home Supplies operates BHS-HQ, BHS-NORTH and BHS-SOUTH. Ali administers ordinary staff access. Sara is the protected tenant owner. Farah handles receipts at North, Omar prepares sales orders, and Nadia reviews financial work. These are example responsibilities, not seeded roles or automatic approvals.
Administration does not itself configure a chart of accounts, payment-method ledger mappings, stock warehouses, Care facility grants or payroll rules. Follow each module's setup guide after enabling its capability.
