Business-unit addresses and contacts

Maintain operational addresses and contacts from a business unit's details. These forms describe the unit's Party-linked contact information; they do not grant user access or create login accounts.

Add and verify

  1. Open Organization → Business units and select the exact unit.
  2. Inspect its existing addresses/contacts before adding another.
  3. Open the appropriate add action, complete the form and choose Save.
  4. Recheck the saved row, its type and primary marker.
  5. For edits, choose the specific existing row and save the correction.

Example: North Branch receives deliveries at a separate receiving door. Record the approved delivery address under the appropriate offered type; do not overwrite the head-office address merely because both units share a parent.

Primary contact/address markers are different from a user's Primary Business Unit. Changing the branch's primary email does not change who signs in or which branch Farah operates in.

If a row appears missing after save, reload the unit before adding it again. If a contact permission is missing, ask for the appropriate address/contact operation authority; broad role-edit permission is unrelated. A valid email format does not prove mailbox ownership and saving a contact does not send a verification email.
