Finding your way around
The Dashboard
After you sign in you see the Dashboard. It shows a card for each module, such as Inventory, Sales or Purchase. Select a card to open that module.
Each card also shows a short status:
| Status on the card | What it means |
|---|---|
| Available | You can open and use this module. |
| Not enabled | Your organisation hasn't switched this module on. |
| Access required | The module is on, but your account hasn't been given access to it. |
| Sign in required | Your session has ended. Sign in again. |
If you need a module that shows Not enabled or Access required, ask your administrator. See I can't see a menu or button.
Inside a module
When you open a module, a row of buttons appears under the top bar. Each button opens one page of that module. In Inventory, for example, you'll see Inventory Balance, Warehouses, Stock Transfer and so on.
In this guide, a path such as means: open the Inventory module, then select the Warehouses button.
The user menu
The icon in the top-right corner opens the user menu. From there you can:
- open your Profile;
- go back to the Dashboard;
- Logout.
Administrators also see options such as Manage Users and Authorization here.
Common things on most pages
- Search boxes and filters at the top of lists narrow down what you see. Use Clear Filters (or Reset) to start again.
- Pages of results. Long lists are split into pages. Use the arrows at the bottom of the list to move between them.
- Pencil icon. Edits the item on that row.
- Messages appear briefly at the bottom of the screen to confirm that something was saved, or to explain why it wasn't.
