Signing in
To sign in you need three things. Your administrator gives you all of them.
| You'll be asked for | What it is |
|---|---|
| Tenant Code | A short code that identifies your organisation in Trade Manager. Everyone in your organisation uses the same one. |
| Username | Your personal login name. |
| Password | Your personal password. Never share it. |
To sign in
- Open Trade Manager in your web browser.
- On the Sign in to continue screen, enter your Tenant Code, Username and Password.
- Select Login.

To sign out
- Open the user menu (top-right corner of the screen).
- Select Logout.
Shared computers
Always sign out when you finish on a shared or public computer.
Trouble signing in?
- Check the Tenant Code first. It's the part people most often get wrong.
- Passwords are case-sensitive: check that Caps Lock is off.
- If it still doesn't work, ask your administrator to check your account.
