I can't see a menu or button

Trade Manager only shows you what you're allowed to use. If a page or button from this guide is missing on your screen, it's usually for one of these reasons:

Reason	What it looks like	Who can fix it
The module isn't switched on for your organisation	The Dashboard card says Not enabled.	Your administrator
Your role doesn't include that task	The module opens, but a button such as Add Stock or a page such as Stock Adjustments is missing.	Your administrator
An optional feature is switched off	A whole task is unavailable for everyone, for example stock adjustments.	Your administrator
You don't have access to that business unit	You can see a warehouse but get a "not authorised" message when you change its stock.	Your administrator

What to tell your administrator

To help them fix it quickly, say:

1. What you were trying to do, for example "add stock to the Main Warehouse".
2. Where you were, for example Inventory › Inventory Balance.
3. What you saw: a missing button, or the exact message on screen.

This is normal

Different people in an organisation see different screens. A warehouse clerk and an accountant can both use Trade Manager without seeing each other's tools. Each guide page tells you what kind of access it needs.
