MAR chart, alerts, due items and reports

The 7-day MAR chart

Where: profile → Medicines → Last 7 days (Europe/London). Who: care.health.view.

One row per order, one column per day; each cell shows that day's doses:

!Not recorded: the time has passed with nothing recorded

A blank slot later today is still due. PRN doses appear as extra entries. If nothing was due, it says "No doses due or recorded in the last 7 days".

Reading the example: Thursday shows L (Ruth was on a home visit). Saturday evening's Metformin was Missed, which should have an incident decision. Sunday's Amlodipine is !: overdue and not yet recorded, so check the round now.

Health alerts on the profile

Health alerts show only to people with care.health.view. They disappear when the cause is resolved, for example when the allergy is resolved or the directive is reviewed.

Health due: what's coming up

Where: Care → Reviews due → Health due. It lists the next 14 days, plus anything overdue.

The medication report

Medication adherence and errors, in the Reports area (needs care.report.view and care.health.view). For a period and facility, it shows scheduled doses, recorded outcomes, late doses, doses not recorded and medication errors, as totals only and never names.

"Not recorded" (nobody recorded anything) is different from a recorded Missed dose.
