Compliance and certifications
Where: a supplier → Compliance.
Who: supplier.compliance.view / .manage (feature Compliance); supplier.certification.view /
.manage (feature Certifications).
Compliance records the checks your organisation has made and whether the supplier is approved for purchasing. Trade Manager records the results; it doesn't screen against sanctions lists or check certificates itself.

Deleting a certification keeps it in history with status DELETED.
Tip: each month, search the register with Certification expiring before set to two months ahead, and chase renewals.
