Export to Excel or PDF
Where: a report after Run report → Export report; and Reports → Export history.
Who: reports.view, reports.export and the report's permission.
Exports always use the filters of the report you just ran.
Two ways to export

If a limit is exceeded, no partial file is produced: "Export failed. Check your report/export permissions and narrow the filters if a synchronous limit was exceeded."
Excel contains the report table and totals. PDF contains tables and totals, without charts.
Queue an export
- Run the report.
- Select Queue Excel export or Queue PDF export.
- "Export queued. Follow its progress in export history."

Where: Reports → Export history.

Use Filter this page to search the list and Refresh jobs to update statuses. Each page shows your 50 newest jobs. You only ever see your own exports.

Job history is kept for 30 days.
