Running and exporting

| Report cannot combine different currencies | Mixed base currencies in scope | Choose one business unit. |
| "Export failed…" | A download-now limit was hit | Queue the export instead. |

Saved reports and schedules

| A schedule shows a last error | Read it; usually access changed. Fix, then Enable. |
Frequently asked questions
Why don't drafts show? Reports use posted figures only.
Why does the Reports balance sheet balance but the Accounting screen says Unbalanced? The Reports version includes current earnings in equity. See Accounting: balance sheet.
Can I share a saved report? No. Saved reports are private. Colleagues save their own.
Do schedules email the file? No. The file appears in your Export history.
How long are files kept? 24 hours. Job history is kept 30 days.
Can a report show part of the data if it's too big? No. It fails rather than truncating, so you never get an incomplete file by mistake.
