Record work authorisations and review dates
Work authorisations record administrative evidence supplied and checked under the organisation's approved process. They do not calculate country-specific legal eligibility or submit anything to an external authority.

These records use EMPLOYEE_PERSONAL_RECORDS and personal view/manage. “Sponsorship” here concerns work-authorisation administration; it is not a Charity sponsorship or Care alias relationship.
Procedure
- Open Work authorisations and inspect existing evidence records.
- Choose Add or the specific Edit / close action.
- Enter the approved country/type and period accurately.
- Record sponsorship/reference/restrictions only where necessary.
- If setting Verified Yes, enter the actual verification date.
- Record the review date and save; reopen to check all values.
Example: Leena records a dated authorisation, marks it verified after checking the evidence and sets a future review date. The application records these facts; it does not send a reminder, renew the authorisation or suspend the employee when the date passes.
Boundaries and recovery
The implemented checks enforce the record's date order and a verification date for Verified Yes. They do not enforce a complete legal classification, prevent every overlapping authorisation, require sponsor reference whenever sponsorship is Yes or automatically validate restrictions against assignment hours.
The record is employee-linked, not contained by an Employment ID. Do not assume termination automatically closes it. If dates or eligibility need a legal determination, use the responsible team's approved process; this guide adds no country-specific advice.
A missing verification date is corrected by recording the truthful date or keeping Verified No, not inventing evidence. If a concurrent edit occurs, cancel/reopen and reconcile before saving. Keep references and restrictions private.
